Depends which side you are fishing but generally some protection from the East and South East.

How to Get There:

Bit more of a walk to this one. The nearest carpark is at the North end of Vazon. Walk along the roadside until you get to the sharp corner going uphill. The rock formation on this corner with a spit of grassy land leading to it is the place to get to. The best mark is from the most westerly point.

Species Available:

Bass, Plaice and Sole.

How to Fish:

Fish from the most extreme point with a static bait for the flatties, Bass can be taken with deep spinning or plugging.

Mark information:

This mark is called Lion Rock as when viewed from the correct angle it looks like a lion resting. When walking to the mark, walk a little farther up the hill to see the lion appear.

Best Tide:

High water.
