| | Species Available: | Bass, Pollack, Garfish, Grey Mullet and the occasional Plaice from low water. | | How to Fish: | Fish from the rocks to the back of the fort (it's fairly easy to climb there) with spinning gear for Pollack or Bass at high water. You can also fish baits onto the sand or try for a Grey Mullet (of which there are normally several around).
You can also fish from the sand behind the fort at low water for the chance of a plaice. | | Mark information: | Not too difficult to get round the back of the fort. Easier going round the North Side. | | Best Tide: | High or Low water with a rising tide. |
