- A Deposit of 20% is payable on booking. This
will be refunded if the trip is cancelled within 3 days of the trip
date.
- Any refund of a deposit for a trip cancelled
within 3 days of the trip date is entirely the decision of the trip
organiser and is not guaranteed.
- Refunds will be given in full should the
organiser not be able to hold a trip due to ill health or other
unavoidable reason.
- Payment by cash or cheque (less deposit paid)
will be collected at the start of the trip. Payment online should have
cleared before the trip starts.
- Rod, Reel and equipment hire is available at a
cost.
- The
guide takes no responsibility whatsoever for any equipment owned by the
client.
- Payment can be made either by cheque (payable to
Fishing Guernsey), cash or online via Pay Pal.
- All clients should bring with them suitable
clothing for the time of year. Remember to bring sun cream in summer and
warm clothes in winter. Always bring lightweight waterproofs even in
apparent sunny weather. Appropriate footwear should be worn, preferably
hiking style boots with good grip.
- Clients should bring with them sufficient food
and drink for the trip. Packed lunches or bar meals can be arranged with
notice at cost. Bring a flask of hot drink in the winter and plenty of
water in the summer. Excessive alcohol will not be tolerated and will
result in an early end to the trip. Full payment will be taken if a trip
is cut short due to excessive alcohol.
- Consideration will be given to individuals
wanting to fish specific marks but the decision of the guide will be
final based on his knowledge of marks and any prevailing
conditions.
- Booking a trip results in full acceptance of
these conditions.
