Need a Shore Guide to show you how to Fish in Guernsey?

What species of fish can you expect to catch? Take a look at my species calendar which shows generally when different species are available to the shore angler in Guernsey, the list is not exhaustive but will give you an idea of the type of species you can expect when you are on holiday in Guernsey.

So how much does this cost and what do you get?

Transport to/from your fishing trip:

There is now an excellent service available in Guernsey which you can use to get to fishing spots from your hotel or wherever it is you are staying. Experience Guernsey can transport you and your fishing gear from your Hotel to meet with me at the designated fishing spot, decided by the guide prior to your fishing session based on the tides, weather and species wanted/available.

Experience Guernsey can also offer you a tour either before or after your fishing trip taking you around the island on a number of fully guided excursions. You can spend a whole day with a guide either fishing first then an island tour, or an island tour followed by a relaxing fishing session. Airport pick-ups or a return trip from the fishing spot is also available to enhance your holiday experience and save the need to get a hire car or worry about finding your way around the islands twisting roads.

Where can you Stay:

Self Catering in Guernsey can be very affordable. I know of several fishermen that have stayed at Del Mar Court and the other accomodation offered by this group and they have had nothing but praise. Please visit their website at www.selfcatering.co.gg and make sure you mention me when booking!!
